Microsoft has appointed Dave Massey as a technical evangelist for Internet Explorer. Want proof that developers want a few changes made to IE? Check out the number of comments posted on
his blog. For each person writing, I bet there are a hundred developers (like me!) that don't say anything because it's already been said.
I've given up on IE. They're the LA Lakers of web browsers: Aging, over-rated, and lack defense. My recommendation to anyone that listens - Install
FireFox and get on with your life. Being the "computer guy" to all my friends, that's the one thing I can recommend to them to solve 90% of their PC problems. Uninformed people need to get past one little thing - The big blue E on their desktop is NOT the Internet. There are better choices out there. If you haven't made the switch, do it.
Just do it
